Online teleconsultation with a verified doctor

• Choose a doctor in the directory, by specialty or by city.
• Suggest a day and a time of day (morning, afternoon or evening) from those when the doctor consults remotely, within the next 14 days.
• Confirm your email address with the code sent to it. Signed in to your patient account, with that account’s address, no code is asked for.
• The doctor sets the time: you receive it by email.
• At the agreed time, the doctor calls you by phone or WhatsApp, on the number in your request.
• After the consultation, the doctor’s report and your prescription are waiting for you on your follow-up link or in your patient space.

Before appearing in the directory, each doctor sends their certificate of registration with the Medical Council with their number, their medical degree, their identity document and a photo of themselves with that document. The Santé-Connect team checks these documents before opening the profile, and can withdraw a verification.

The patient account and the teleconsultation request are free. The doctor sets their fees, shown on their profile, and tells you how to pay them: you pay them directly to the doctor.

• Your request is read only by the doctor you chose.
• The follow-up link received by email is personal: do not forward it. It expires 6 months after the teleconsultation.
• With a patient account, you find all your teleconsultations and keep your personal medical record, which you share with the health professionals of your choice.

In an emergency, do not use a teleconsultation: go to the nearest health centre. If your condition needs an examination in person, the doctor will tell you.
