A verified profile, free
- You send four documents: the certificate of registration with the Medical Council, your degree, your identity document and a photo of yourself with that document. The Santé-Connect team checks them.
- Your public page shows your specialty, your city and your fees: share its link by WhatsApp or SMS.
Requests at your own pace
- You state the times of the week when you consult remotely.
- The patient suggests a day and a time of day; you set the time, and the patient is notified by email.
- You can move an appointment, decline a request, or pause requests.
- At the agreed time, you call the patient by phone or WhatsApp.
Your patients and your reports
- The report and the prescription go to the patient, on their follow-up link or in their patient space.
- The list of your patients, with their consultations and your notes, which the patient does not see.
- The personal medical record a patient chooses to share with you.
Prices
- The profile, the verification and receiving requests are free.
- Accepting a teleconsultation costs one credit: 1 credit for 3,000 FCFA, 2 credits for 5,000 FCFA, 5 credits for 10,000 FCFA. Credits do not expire, and a credit is returned if the patient cancels.
- Doctor Pro: 15,000 FCFA a month, unlimited accepted teleconsultations during the paid month. It costs less than credits from 8 teleconsultations a month.
- You appear in the doctors’ directory, by specialty and by city, from your first credit pack or your first Doctor Pro month.
- With no credit available, you see that a patient wishes to consult you, but not who: top up to open their request. Otherwise, it is closed after 48 hours.
- Payment by Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) or bank card. Your fees are settled directly between you and the patient.
